• Within 24 hours

  Cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, work is usually already underway.

• Our team confirms it

  Requesting a cancellation doesn't cancel the order by itself. We review every request and email you the outcome, normally within one business day.

• Refunds follow approval

  If your cancellation is approved and you've already paid, we refund to your original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days.
